Gardham Wold Landscapes delivered the landscaping works for two new care home developments in close succession.
Driffield Manor in Driffield and Marton Gate Manor in Bridlington. Both facilities provide residential, dementia, and respite care and the landscaping was designed to create safe, welcoming, and enjoyable outdoor spaces for residents.
The projects included extensive planting schemes, with heavy standard trees, specimen shrubs, ornamental shrubs, grasses, and herbaceous perennials installed to enhance visual appeal, structure and biodiversity throughout the sites. High-quality turfing was carried out across entrances, gardens, and surrounding areas, creating attractive and functional green spaces for residents and visitors alike.Both sites also feature artificial turf bowling greens, providing recreational opportunities and encouraging outdoor activity for residents in a safe, accessible environment.The completed landscaping at Driffield Manor and Marton Gate Manor combines practicality with aesthetic appeal, supporting the well-being of residents while complementing the modern care home facilities.
